We’re inviting you to an online community talk about the climate crisis and what we can do about it.

Lucinda Smith, a civil engineer studying an MA in Climate Change at Birkbeck College, University of London, will give a talk relating to the climate science, climate policy, and how we can change things.

Lucinda’s talk ‘Optimism Through Action’ is based on questions asked by friends relating to the climate emergency since beginning her course. The talk is hosted by Extinction Rebellion Bradford and is a chance to chat to other concerned citizens from your local community, ask questions, and find out how you can help to make things better.

You will also find out about plans for The Big One, a peaceful protest uniting climate, nature, and social justice groups, to bring 100,000 people together on the streets of London around Parliament over several days from April 21, 2023.

The event will be held on zoom and details will be sent out when you register for this event.
