Mother Hubbard’s, based on Leeds Road, was given five stars after an unannounced inspection held on March 28, 2023 and published by the Food Standards Agency this week.
The site was given a rating of good for its hygienic food handling, which includes with food preparation, cooking and storage.
In the cleanliness of facilities category, it was rated as good.
For management of food safety, it was also handed a good rating.
Mother Hubbard’s received a four-star food hygiene rating at its previous inspection, which took place in September 2021.
Meanwhile, other new food hygiene ratings for eateries across the Bradford district have been published by the Food Standards Agency.
Listed below are the latest findings of council inspectors, as they are back in Bradford.
Almost 4,000 premises across Bradford are rated by the Food Standards Agency, based on the findings of local authority inspectors, who work all year round.
The hygiene standards found at the time of inspection are then rated on a scale.
Five is top of the scale, meaning the hygiene standards are very good and fully comply with the law. Zero is at the bottom of the scale, meaning urgent improvement is necessary.
