Bradford restaurant and takeaway named among UK’s best places for kebabs

The British Kebab Awards – in association with Just Eat – is a chance to recognise and champion the efforts of local kebab takeaways and restaurants.

Having beaten off competition across the UK, the semi finalists will now have to win over the public through a vote.

Mezza has been shortlisted for the category of Best Lebanese Restaurant and/or Takeaway.

Based at Legrams Mill, Mezza is inspired by the coastal food of the Eastern Mediterranean, also known as the Levant Region.

Meanwhile Barbecue East on Manchester Road has been nominated for the ‘Best Delivery’ Award.

Barbecue East brings Turkish food to Bradfordians’ doors as well as burgers and wraps.

Loyal customers can vote to keep their favourite kebab shop in the finals until the deadline on January 11, 2025.

A spokesperson for the British Kebab Awards said the winners will be decided by those that receive the most votes, combined with “endorsements from MPs, councillors, and other factors”.
