Joe Pearson, technical service account manager with Christeyns UK, has relocated to Melbourne after taking up a long-term opportunity with True Blue Christeyns in Australia.
Mr Pearson first travelled to Australia in spring 2025 for a two-month placement with the company, based in New South Wales, and has now returned permanently following the success of that initial visit.
He said: “It’s still a bit overwhelming to be honest.
“True Blue Christeyns have gone from strength to strength with the signing of new accounts and growth in the laundry sector.
“When Richard Scott, Operations Director, discussed the opportunity, I just knew it was the right move for me.”
Mr Pearson joined Christeyns UK in 2017 through a foundation apprenticeship and quickly progressed through the company.
