I asked the man who was working there which ones were cash and he said ‘there’s only one and it’s at the far end of the trolley check out and there is a queue’. This was at 10.30 on a Monday morning, it is absolutely ridiculous. Why can’t they have cash and card checkouts? Not everyone wants to pay by card, I know I don’t in fact. I refuse to pay by card.
Anyway the outcome was I just left my basket on the floor and went to Tesco. Morrisons 0 Tesco 1.
Morrisons at Mayo Avenue have a much better set-up, maybe I’ll go there next time.
